Kauffman Museum’s Annual Celebrate Kansas Day Event ~ North Newton, Ks   Official Kansas Day celebration activities will begin at 1 p.m. both inside and outside the museum. Admission to the family-friendly event is free.  In addition, a bake sale will feature homemade baked goods, a silent auction will feature antique and Western items, and the exhibit “Chisholm Trail: Driving the American West” will be on display.  The event is supported by a North Newton Community Development Grant and presented in cooperation with Bethel College and Newton Saddle Club.
