The City of Wichita Proclamation – January 17th 2017 at 845 am  The City of Wichita, Kansas will be issuing a proclamation declaring 2017 “The Year of the Chisholm Trail.” This will take place at the City Council meeting early on the agenda, so be there early.  Wichita City Hall  455 N.
