Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is a great place to meet family and friends!  

I recently stopped by Kneaders for Lunch and ordered their Turkey Cranberry Croissant, Potato Salad and White Chocolate & Berries Frappe.  Everything was delicious!  The Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Wichita, Ks is located at 1821 N Rock Road ( Phone: (316) 665-6304  ). 

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe serves a variety of sandwiches, salads, pastries, breakfast items, breads, pies and rolls.  I had a difficult decision in choosing which dessert that I wanted to take home.  I decided on a Pumpkin Pie and some cookies!  Delicious!! 

The Kneaders Bakery & Cafe Dining Room is spacious and welcoming!  I stopped by about 2:30 pm and captured this photo before some customers sat down. 😀

PUMPKIN BREAD TRIFLE RECIPE

2 loaves Kneaders` Pumpkin bread

1 (5.1-ounce) box cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

8″ trifle bowl

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Set aside and allow to cool.

Stir brown sugar and cinnamon into pudding.

Crumble one loaf bread and place it in the bottom of the trifle bowl.

Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bread.

Spread half of the whipped topping over the pudding layer.

Repeat with the remaining loaf of bread, pudding and whipped topping.

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve to family and friends!
