Paddle Battle returns for a third year on Saturday, April 22nd, on Sand Creek in Newton, Ks!
The canoe and kayak race draws dozens of paddlers to Newton for one- and two-mile routes and, new this year, paddleboat sprints.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, and races start at 10 a.m. Prizes will be awarded, and T-shirts will be provided to those who pre-register, while they last. Registration is $25, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Heart 2 Heart Child Advocacy Center.

CaNewton is the event’s presenting sponsor and has a limited number of boats available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants can also bring their own boats.
