ICT Art and CYT Encores Event April 24th

Art Day of Giving (ArtDOG) is a 24-hour charitable giving campaign designed to support area nonprofits related to the arts. This unique one-day fundraiser is a project of the Wichita Community Foundation (WCF). Online donations will be accepted Friday, April 24, 2015, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. at ictartdog.org.

Christian Youth Theater Wichita (CYT) is one of the many amazing organizations needing your support during ArtDOG. CYT is an after-school theater arts program training our community’s youth in all aspects of the performing arts. Students ages 8-18 currently enrolled in the session have the opportunity to audition for a Broadway-style production. CYT offers students an opportunity to develop their talents, interact with friends and learn to be positive members of the community. For more information about CYT please visit cytwichita.org.

You are invited to “CYT Encores” on April 24 from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. at Morning Star Community Church, located at 11010 E. Kellogg. This come and go evening will be filled with musical performances featuring cast members from many of CYT Wichita’s past productions to include “The Music Man”, “The Sound of Music”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and many others! In addition, experience an exclusive preview from CYT Wichita’s upcoming productions, “Annie Get Your Gun” and “Robin Hood”! This event also features light refreshments, energetic swing dancing and fabulous auction items!
